How do I register an abcOptions trading account?

Registering your abcOptions trading account is very easy. Simply fill in your details on the registration form, press submit and start trading.

How do I create a demo account with abcOptions?

To create a demo account with abcOptions is easy. Fill in your details on the homepage and press ‘Open Demo Account’. Then the abcOptions Team will contact you by phone to activate it. So it is very important to fill in your full and correct telephone number and email address. You will immediately receive a password that allows you to log on to our site in the future. After we had personal contact with you, we will immediately activate your demo account with demo money and this will allow you to practise for free and without any obligation on our platform over a period of 7 days. When feeling ready to open a real trading account, you only need to make a deposit and your demo account will automatically become a real trading account and your demo money will be replaced by your deposit money.

What happens if I forget or lose my password?

If you have lost or have forgotten your password and cannot log in, email abcsupport@abcoptions.com and a new password will be sent to your email address that was used to register your account.

How can I edit my account information?

In order for you to edit your account’s information, simply click the ‘my profile’ tab on the trading system’s main menu, change the information you want to change and click ‘ submit’. Note that some details cannot be changed for security reason and that your email address can only be changed with the help of the support team.

How can I close my trading account?

In order for you to close your trading account, simply send an email abcsupport@abcoptions.com and ask for your account to be closed.

 

TRADE ROOM

Are there also different charts available, like the candlestick chart?

Yes, there are. We also offer the dynamic Line, Candle, and Area chart, all with an adjustable time period (from 1 hour to a whole month) plus a zoom. These different chart types are accessible by pressing on the blue chart icon in the left top corner of the chart. The different time periods are to be found next to the blue icon (once selected on of the dynamic charts), and the zoom is located at the bottom of the chart.

How can I deposit funds into my abcOptions account?

To deposit funds to your abcOptions account, simply click on the cashier tab. There you will be asked to choose your preferred payment method and to choose the amount you would like to deposit. Clicking on ‘ proceed to secure checkout’ will lead you to an SSL protected page where you will be asked to fill in the details to your preferred payment method.

How I can make a payment via PaySafeCard?

This system enables prepaid cards online secure payments in European countries like Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia , Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom. The first thing to do to use this system is to buy PaySafeCard at the nearest point of sale. By buying the card must be selected from the values ​​10, 25, 50 and 100 EUR. Then to pay on websites simply enter PIN PaySafeCard 16 digits. Combining up to 10 paysafecard PINs can be pay higher amounts. Then go to cashier, select the currency, the method (PaySafeCard) and quantity. Here and in conclusion we must go to secure payment process, enter the digits of the card and accept PaySafeCard operation.

Which currencies can I use to deposit on the abcOptions trading Platform?

The standard currencies to deposit are EURO, US DOLLAR and British POUND. If you wish to deposit in other currencies than EURO, US DOLLAR, British POUND, you will need to pay extra conversion costs when doing your withdrawal, because we can only do payouts in the main currencies; EURO, US Dollar and GBP. These conversion fees may vary on the time of withdrawal and therefore are not fixed.

Is there a minimum or maximum deposit amount?

Indeed there is. The minimum amount to be deposited to your abcOptions trading account is 200 euro.  The maximum transaction is 5.000 euros.

How can I withdraw my money?

In order for you to withdraw money from your abcOptions account, you go to the ´Withdraw´ tab in the ´Cashier´ menu. Upon clicking it, you will be asked to choose the desired amount to withdraw and a preferred payment method. Furthermore, you will be asked to fill in your bank details. Not every field is obligated to fill in, below you find all mandatory fields:

Swift: This is the BIC or Swift code (visible on your bank statement)
Currency: The currency of your account, e.g. €, $ or £.

Note, that credit card withdrawals only allow the initial amount deposited or less, thus profits made following a credit card deposit will be sent to your desired bank account.

Are there any fees involved?

There are no fees involved when making a deposit to your abcOptions account. One withdrawal a month is free of charge, any sequential withdrawals carry a 30 euro fee (for sequential NETELLER withdrawal an extra fee of 2% is applicable over the by Neteller withdrawn amount). The minimum withdrawal amount is € 50,00, if you want to withdraw an amount under 50 euro, you need to pay 5€ transaction costs. If you want to close your account, please contact us at abcsupport@abcoptions.com.

Can I cancel a withdrawal request?

Yes you can! Even if your withdrawal request is already being processed, you will still be able to cancel the withdrawal and return the money to your account at abcOptions. The reverse withdrawal option is especially useful when you do not have sufficient funds in your account, but you wish to undertake other activities. In order to cancel a withdrawal simply click the ‘withdrawal request’ tab in the cashier and choose the withdrawal you would like to cancel and click ‘approve’.

What name will I see on my bank statement or Credit Card statement?

Will I need to provide any documentation for abcOptions to complete my withdrawal?

Yes, abcOptions helps fight money laundering and is strict regarding withdrawal documentation. In order for you to receive your funds, you will be asked to submit a utility bill, not more than 3 months old, stating your address (as the one your account is registered with) and your name. You will be asked to submit a copy of the front and back of your credit card you used for the deposit, marking the middle six digits out ( the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits visible). Furthermore, you will be asked to submit a copy of your ID or passport clearly stating your name and personal details.

Where can I view my transaction history?

To view your transaction history, simply click on the ‘transaction history’ tab in the cashier’s lower menu. There you will find your deposits and withdrawals including failed deposits and canceled withdrawals.

 

BONUSES

What is a bonus?

A bonus is a complimentary amount of trading money given to you by abcOptions following a deposit. All bonuses are subject to trading requirements.

What are trading requirements?

Trading requirement is a certain amount of trading volume you must generate in order to withdraw your profits generated when trading with an abcOptions bonus.

Can I withdraw bonuses given to me?

Bonuses given by abcOptions are non-redeemable.

What is an active bonus?

An active bonus is a bonus for which you haven’t yet completed the trading requirements. Note that you cannot withdraw profits before trading requirements are met.

Where can I view my bonus history?

In order for you to view the bonuses you received from abcOptions, simply click on the ‘ bonus history’ tab at the lower menu of the cashier. There you will find all bonuses received including the status of their trading requirements.
